Al Amal Club

It was established in 1987, annexed to the Cancer Treatment Center in AlSabah Health District, with a view to serve children with cancer. Its services have later expanded to include adults as well. The Club provides patients with a suitable resting place and moral support, in addition to providing snacks and recreational games for children while they are waiting for treatment.

In 2002, those in charge of the health program in the Club established “AlAmal Fund”, which receives financial donations and disburses them to cover treatment costs for needy nonKuwaiti patients, under the supervision of the Club’s supervisor.
